I want to support you to make positive life changes through new understanding of yourself and your strength. I specialise in anxiety, depression and grief ... all of which strip our inner peace and often create hardship in our relationships.

You may find yourself pushing away the people you care most about in life, you may realise that may of your relationships, past and present, have had similar patterns - you know, deep down, that at least some of this is "your stuff."

Relationships can often trigger surprising and painful feelings, This is true for romantic relationships as well as relationships with our children, our parents, our siblings, our friends, or our colleagues.  This is especially true for those of us that had challenging family relationships in childhood.

Relationships strike to the core of what we learned along the way about who we are, who we fear we are (or are not) and the way we feel about ourselves.
